agenda 21 mass genocide depopulation plan
Why would the human genome project be funded by the department of energy and not the department of health or a more relevant department? The perfect weapon to depopulate the planet would be a virus or poison that would target and kill groups of people based on ones ethnicity.
Poison contraband drug supplies with an agent that causes cancer and depopulate by riding the world of undesirable drug addicts. They also used a variant biological weapon that would only kill members of a specific middle eastern tribe.
